PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Player’s Bait, located at 3924 George Washington Highway Wednesday night.
Police say a man entered the business around 8:40 p.m. with gun and demanded money from the employees.
The employees complied and the man ran from the business in an unknown direction.
No one inside the business was injured.
The suspect is described as approximately 6’2″ tall, 180 pounds, wearing all black clothing and a mask.
