A mother who thought she was having a baby girl gave birth to a baby boy – and her reaction to the news was priceless.

Australian couple Koto Nakamura and Sina Niakansafy were told they were having a baby girl, according toToday Parents. For weeks, everything was all pretty in pink while they planned to welcome a daughter into their lives. They even chose a name: Hinata.

On the day of the delivery, Nakamura heard a crying baby…boy.

Needless to say, she was completely shocked.

Nakamura’s priceless reaction to the news was even captured on camera by her birth photographer Jessica Jackson.

“This was one of the most amazing moments — a roller coaster of emotions in just a few short minutes,” Jackson told TODAY Parents.

Jackson, who owns Itty Bitty Photography, shared the photo on her Instagram.

After the shock subsided in Nakamura, she and her husband embraced her newborn son.

“I was shocked for a few seconds, and then it didn’t matter if it was a girl or a boy,” said Nakamura.
