Tracking more rain for Sunday into the start of the work week….After a heavy dose of rain in parts of the area Saturday, we still have more rain in the forecast for Sunday into Monday.

But as we move through our Saturday night, expect mostly cloudy skies. There will be areas of fog, mist and drizzle around. Low temperatures will be in the upper 50s.

On Sunday, an area of low pressure will meander near our area, giving way to more unsettled weather. In fact, we’re expecting mostly cloudy skies. A few scattered showers are possible through the day, so keep your umbrella handy. You may need it from time to time. High temperatures will be in the mid 60s.

As we begin the work week, a few showers are also possible on Monday afternoon. Otherwise, we’ll see partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Our forecast will improve a lot through the week. In fact, we’ll see a nice mix of sun and clouds from Tuesday through at least Friday. Highs will warm back into the mid 80s next week.

Saturday Night: Mostly Cloudy. Areas of fog, mist and drizzle (20%). Low temperatures in the upper 50s. Winds: N 5-15 mph.

Sunday: Mostly Cloudy. Scattered Showers (50%). High temperatures in the mid 60s. Winds: NE 5-10 mph.

Monday: Partly Sunny. Chance of Shower (30%). High temperatures in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Winds: N 10-15 mph.
