DARE COUNTY, N.C. – Officials in Dare County have arrested a man for breaking into home and stealing items.
They have arrested 26-year old Billy Jack Quidley of Buxton, North Carolina.
After officers investigated the incident they found all of the items that were stolen.
Warrants were issued for Quidley’s arrest on May 3rd, 2016 and he was arrested shortly after.
He is charged with Breaking and Entering; larceny; and a few other charges.
Quidley was being held in prison until he was released on a $10,000 bond.
