PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A car flipped over after a crash near the Downtown Tunnel Friday evening, according to Portsmouth Detective Misty Holley.
Portsmouth Police and Virginia State Police responded to the scene.
There is no word on how many people were in the car or their condition, but Detective Holley says there are no life threatening injuries.
