Baby joins Mommy for Class at The Space Above Yoga Studio

NORFOLK, Va. - "Zizu" is a Sanskrit word which means "infant".  Zizu Yoga, took place weekly at The Space Above Yoga Studio, was a chance for parents to enjoy
yoga with their young children. Recommended age for this class was newborn to walking.

The class was taught by Kim Austin-Peterman. Peterman is an experienced yoga instructor with over 20 years of yoga experience. A mother of two children, Peterman also specializes in Itsy Bitsy Yoga and pre and post-natal yoga. Her infant yoga class is focused on bringing parent and baby closer together.

Zizu Yoga class is scheduled on Tuesdays at 10:30AM at their Norfolk studio. During the month of May, The Space Above honors mothers by offering a free class to students' mothers or their children.
