Norfolk, Va – Power has been returned to nearly all of the Dominion customers in Norfolk who experienced an outage early Wednesday morning.
According to Dominion Virginia Power’s spokesperson, Bonita Harris, the outage was caused by an underground cable failure shortly after 5 a.m.
Because of the outage, all classes and activities scheduled for the Martin Building and the Norfolk Student Center on the Norfolk Campus of Tidewater Community College were canceled Wednesday morning. The buildings reopened at 10 a.m.
