PORTSMOUTH, Va. – St. Baldrick’s Foundation signature head-shaving event for cancer is back!
The head-shaving event is held to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research. It will include head shaving , kids activities, and face painting!
Roger Brown’s owner and former NFL player Roger Brown will be shaving his head for the first time. More than 35 community members have already registered to shave their heads.
The event will take place Saturday April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Roger Brown’s Restaurant, 316 High Street, Portsmouth, Va.
Donations raised will support the development of childhood cancer treatments.
