One in custody after barricade situation in Hampton

HAMPTON, Va. – Hampton Police were on the scene of a barricade situation with a possibly armed suspect. One person is now in custody.
This incident happened in the first block of East Preston Street.
NewsChannel 3 has a crew headed to the scene to gather more information.
