NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Police are looking for suspects in a recent robbery where a deli clerk was robbed at gunpoint.
On April 19, Newport News Police officers were dispatched to the Ivy Avenue Deli on the 900 block of Ivy Ave for a robbery.
When officers got there, they spoke to the victim, a 36-year-old Hampton man. He told them he was held a gunpoint by an unknown man.
The man pulled out a handgun and took cash from the register. He then hit the clerk with the gun, and ran off.
