Williamsburg, Va. – Filmmaker Spike Lee will speak at William and Mary on April 20th.
Lee is scheduled to present the 2016 Atwater Lecture at 7 p.m. in William and Mary Hall.
Tickets for this event are free for faculty, staff, and students with valid William and Mary identification.
Limited seating is available at $10 a ticket for the general public.
Tickets will go on sale starting 9 a.m. on April 4th.,
Lee is famous for several popular movies including Do the Right Thing, Chi-Raq, She’s Gotta Have It and many more.
Lee has also been speaking around the country about race issues in the media and in Hollywood.
