Man wanted for robbing bank in Gloucester County

Gloucester County, Va. – A man is wanted for robbing a bank in Gloucester County on Wednesday afternoon and police need your help to identify him.

The Gloucester County Sheriff’s office was notified on February 17th at 3:46 p.m. about a robbery at the Langley Federal Credit Union located at 3140 George Washington Highway.

The robber went into the bank and gave the teller a note demanding cash. After getting the money, the robber ran into the Farm Fresh parking lot in front of the bank and got into a small, dark colored car. It is unknown in which direction he traveled.

The robbery suspect is described as a black male, 6’- 6’2”, 170-180 lbs., wearing a dark hoodie jacket, white stocking cap, blue jeans, and white surgical mask covering his face.
