Richmond police officer indicted with second-degree murder

Chesterfield County, Va.- Richmond Police officer, David L. Cobb, has been indicted with second-degree murder and use of a firearm relating to the shooting of Paterson Brown back on Oct. 17, 2015.

According to WTVR.com, the officer was off-duty the time of the incident and police say the two got into a confrontation at the Sunoco gas station on Midlothian Turnpike that led to gunshots.

Cobb turned himself in Thursday band is currently in the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
