Norfolk, Va. – An injured woman was found on the shoulder of I-64 at the Northampton Blvd. off ramp early Sunday morning.
State police responded to the report of the woman at 2:19am.
She was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, and the investigation is ongoing.
