Chesapeake, Va.- Police are on the scene of a barricade situation on North George Washington Highway and Canal Drive.
A negotiation team was sent in.
They say it started at a home on Wildwood Road and moved to a home near the intersection of North George Washington Highway.
Police don’t have very many details right now.
