Portsmouth, Va. – Multiple fights broke out at I.C. Norcom High School, according to Portsmouth Public Schools officials.
The school was evacuated for a fire drill around 11:45 a.m.
As students were re-entering the school, two students got into a fight. Due to the number of students in the hallways, more fights occurred.
The school resource officer was not on the scene at the time, so 911 was called.
No students or staff were injured.
There have been no reports of arrests at this time.
