Cold, windy and snowflakes… Temperatures will linger in the upper 30s and low 40s for most of today. It will feel more like the low 30s and upper 20s due to strong north winds at 10 to 20 mph. Expect a mix of sun and clouds today with more clouds near the coast and more sunshine inland. As the cold winds blow over the warmer waters of the Chesapeake Bay, we could see snow overnight. Isolated snow showers are possible late tonight and into early Tuesday morning for areas near the Bay, coastal Southside and coastal NC. Snow accumulation will be a dusting or less, with an emphasis on less. Temperatures overnight will fall into the mid 20s with wind chills in the teens. After our small snow chance Tuesday morning, we will see a similar mix of sun and clouds but it will still be cold and windy. Highs will only reach the upper 30s on Tuesday with wind chills in the upper 20s. Highs will warm back into the 50s for the end of the work week.

Today: Partly Cloudy, Windy. Highs in the low 40s. Winds: N 10-20

Tonight: Partly Cloudy, Isolated Snow Showers(20%), Windy. Lows in the mid 20s. Winds: N 15-25G35
