Suffolk police searching for suspects in robbery at BB&T Bank depository

Suffolk, Va. – Suffolk police are searching for two men who robbed three people in a car at the BB&T bank depository in the 1500 block of North Main Street in downtown Suffolk Wednesday evening.

The robbery occurred at 8:10 p.m. when two men approached the victim while he was in his vehicle and demanded money at gunpoint. There were two other people in the vehicle at the time of the robbery.

The suspects fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash as well as a second victim’s purse and cell phone.  No one was injured during the incident.

The first suspect is described as a black male wearing dark clothing with a black ski mask with red and white markings as well as a pink bandanna. The second subject is a black male wearing a puffy green camo coat and black ski mask.
