Update: Portsmouth Police assisted Suffolk Police in locating Donovan Starling and he is safe, according to police dispatchers.
Suffolk, Va. – The Suffolk Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a missing 15-year-old endangered teen. Donovan Starling is a white male, approximately 5’3” and 145 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
Donovan left his home in the 100 block of North Street in downtown Suffolk the evening of October 26, 2015 after a disagreement with his parent.
He was last seen wearing the clothing in the accompanying photo, which was taken that evening. Donovan is in need of medication and has not been seen or heard from since he left home
If anyone observes Donovan, please do not approach him but contact Suffolk 911 immediately.
