Here’s what we know so far:

The Neptune Festival is the largest event scheduled to occur this weekend in Virginia Beach, featuring seafood, arts & crafts, and tons of events. Unfortunately, the high winds and rough surf at the Oceanfront this week made it difficult for crews to even set up for the weekend’s events. Planners have made quite a few changes to the schedule for the weekend. While some events have been moved or changed, others have been cancelled altogether.
