Chesapeake, Va. – All lanes of I-64 eastbound at Military Highway in Chesapeake have reopened after a crash blocked them for about an hour on Monday afternoon.
Two vehicles overturned in the roadway, according to Virginia State Police.
One person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
