Newport News, Va. – A Thursday morning home invasion is under investigation in Newport News.
Newport News Police say two men, at least one of them armed, knocked on a residence in the 600 block of Antrim Drive around 4:50 a.m.
When the resident opened the door, one of the two men went inside and demanded money.
The victim gave one of the men a wallet. The men then left.
No other property was taken and no one was injured.
Both men are described as black males between the ages of 17-25 years old. One was wearing a dark hoodie and a bandana on his face. The other was wearing a dark hoodie and a mask.
