Suffolk, Va. – All lanes are closed on I-664 Northbound at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel due to a crash.
A detour has been set up for drivers to exit at College Drive.
The James River Bridge and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel are recommended as alternate crossings.
