HAZMAT crews recover two bottles believed to be part of mobile meth lab

Suffolk, Va. – On Monday, HAZMAT crews were called out to a Suffolk neighborhood where two bottles that are believed to be part of a portable meth lab were found.

This happened in the 3900 bock of Brezeport Way.

Emergency Communications received a call at around 9:19 a.m. about two bottles that were found in a trash can at a car wash at the Harbour Breeze Apartments.

This is located in Northern Suffolk near I-664 Hampton Roads Beltway.

Virginia State Police also helped with the removal of the bottles.

No evacuations were needed and there is no danger to the community.
