Williamsburg, Va. – Williamsburg native Canaan Smith now has the 11th most popular country song in the nation, according to Billboard.
Canaan’s song “Love you like that” has climbed ever since it’s release in September of 2014.
After graduating in 2001 from Lafayette High School, Canaan moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University and pursue a singing career.
Canaan joins other Hampton Roads music stars such as Pharrell Williams.
