Henrico County, Va. - A Stafford County man was arrested Saturday after he showed up at a motel to have sex with a 5-year-old girl, according to law enforcement.

Federal agents, along with state and local police were waiting for Louis Ponterio at an Econo Lodge when he went to meet a woman who he thought was accompanied by her young daughter. Instead, undercover agents were waiting for him in room 116.
Police seized marijuana, a teddy bear, cough syrup, Hershey’s kisses, a sex toy and other items from Ponterio.
After searching his home police in Stafford County also found marijuana plants, cash, weapons and what they called “digital” evidence.
Ponterio was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, using electronic means for procuring minors, object sexual penetration by force, the sale and distribution of marijuana, and forcible intercourse with a victim under 13 as well as prostitution.
