Virginia Beach, Va. – VDOT is seeking assistance in locating the owner of a specialized bicycle that was found on the ramp at the Interstate 264/Interstate 64 westbound interchange. The estimated value of the bike is $4,000 and it is believed to be equipped for persons with disabilities.
A VDOT Safety Service Patroller (SSP) recovered the bicycle and the hitch it was attached to on the morning of Sunday, Nov. 23. The bicycle and hitch are in safe keeping until they can be correctly identified by the owner.
