Toddler Kayden Elijah Kinckle had his left leg and right foot amputated in January.

Kayden confidently took his first steps in his new prosthetics with the help of a walker. His mother posted the YouTube video on July 4th showing off his grin and letting the world know he’s got it.

Kayden was born with an Omphalocele, a birth defect in which the infant’s intestine or other abdominal organs stick out of the navel, his mother writes on his GoFundMe page.

Kayden also had a band wrap around his legs and feet while he was in the womb, leading to some deformities.

His mother says that doctors told her he would not survive, but this video proves little Kayden is beating the odds.
