The Frying Pan Tower sits 34 miles off the coast of North Carolina and has a front row seat for Hurricane Arthur as it moves up the coast.
The tower originally served as a Coast Guard Light Station but has since been transformed into a unique bed & breakfast, only accessible by boat or helicopter.
The tower’s owner, Richard Neal, has been capturing great video and posting it to the tower’s YouTube page as the storm passes through.
Neal even dropped his GoPro over the side of the tower and gave us a look under the water!
