Power knocked out at Norfolk mall for hours



Norfolk, Va. – Some Norfolk shoppers were in the dark on Tuesday after the power was knocked out at MacArthur Center.

Officials say at around 2:38 p.m., a Dominion Power transformer that provides power to the mall malfunctioned.

The whole mall went dark for about 2.5 hours.

The power was restored at 5 p.m.

Everything is now back up and running.
