Sanford, N.C. — A day care and mentoring program operating out of a North Carolina home was actually a child porn production operation, according to authorities.

WRAL-TV reported that four people have been arrested in connection to the case and officials are looking for a fifth.

Deputies accuse 33-year-old Bailey Joe Mills, a registered sex offender, of running the operation out of his former home in Sanford.

Mills allegedly ran the day care and mentoring program to attract young girls to his home and create a relationship with their parents.

The suspect then allegedly offered the girls money to have sex with men he found online.

Investigators said there is a video of one of the suspects committing a sexual act with a child.

The operation allegedly involves about 10 male and female victims ranging from ages 1 to 14, dating back to 2013.

Mills has faced multiple convictions over the years including taking indecent liberties with a minor and sexual assault of a child.
