Which state has the worst working conditions? The answer may surprise you
Low wages, high cost of living, and poor working conditions could send employees packing in search of a better opportunity elsewhere.
And that’s just what many workers in America are doing, according to a CBS report.
They say the U.S. has one of the world’s highest rates of in-country migration with 11.7 percent of Americans moving between 2012 and 2013.
A personal finance site did a study that pointed out how working conditions vary quite a bit from state to state.
They specified 10 states that ranked the worst in the country.
This list included South Carolina, Alabama, New Jersey, Alaska, New York and the worst was Hawaii.
