Virginia Beach, Va. - Shattered glass and what appeared to be a bullet hole inside a beauty shop is what one business owner believes is the result of a stray bullet over the weekend.

Police say there were reports of shots fired near Tropical Delights overnight Saturday.

They say no one was hit at the Indian River Road Shopping Center, but someone was taken to the hospital after a massive fight in the parking lot.

Two people arrested were connected to the incident.

This comes just three weeks after a Tropical Delights security guard was shot to death.

Police are still looking for who they believe is the killer - 27 year old Andrew Roberts.

The recent violence is prompting some around the area to want the place shut down.

The Virignia Beach City Attorney`s Office says the Beach Police Chief can pursue that.

He`d have to work with the city attorney’s office to file an injunction against the business` liquor license which would force an investigation by the ABC Board.

The chief has done it with other Beach clubs in the past, but there’s no word if that`s what he`ll do when it comes to Tropical Delights.
