Franklin, Va. - A man is behind bars after police say a woman told them she saw him in a yard exposing himself. Police say he was looking into a 7-year-old girl's window at the time.
Officers were notified about the incident at 11:40 a.m. on Southampton Road.
Police say after a chase, they arrested 18-year-old Demetre King on Clay Street.
He was then charged with indecent exposure, obstruction of justice, public masturbation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and peep or spy into the dwelling of another.
He is now in the Western Tidewater Regional Jail on a $5,500 secured bond.
