Norfolk, Va. - A man wanted for violating his probation in Norfolk is accused of a bizarre crime that centers around the children killed inside their elementary school.

Andrew Truelove is being called a "Sandy Hook Truther."

He's accused of going to two separate playgrounds in Connecticut and New Jersey built in honor of two of the victims and telling parents that the whole deadly shooting is a lie.  He's also accused of stealing dedication signs.

The 50 pound signs were taken earlier this month.

Today they were recovered in northern Virginia.

Officers in Herndon County say they arrested the 28-year-old today and charged him for stealing the pair of memorial signs that were both dedications to two 7-year-olds gunned down in December of 2012.
