Accomack County, Va. (WTKR) - Eastern Shore arson suspect Tonya Bundick entered a plea of not guilty to 62 counts of arson in Accomack County Circuit Court Friday morning.

Bundick was indicted for those charges by the Accomack County Grand Jury in December.

She'll only go to trial on one count on a time though, based on a ruling by Judge Glen Tyler.

Bundick is scheduled to go on trial for "Count 52" of the indictment during a jury trial in Virginia Beach in July.

"This is the first one. The beginning of all this. The start. We’re anxious to go. We’re happy really that things are getting underway," her defense attorney Allan Zaleski told NewsChannel 3's Todd Corillo.

Bundick entered an Alford Plea two one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson during a two-day jury trial in Virginia Beach in January.
