TSGT Arden Fierman (RET)

Today we honor Technical Sergeant Arden Fierman (fear-man).
He retired after serving 20 years in the United States Air Force.
His military career began when he was drafted in 1971.
He attended technical training at Sheppard Air Force Base in Witchita Falls, Texas.
He graduated in the top one percent of his class as a jet fighter aircraft maintenance specialist.
His first duty assignment was Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, where he service for three months before deploying to Vietnam. Fierman was later deployed with the first squadron of f-16 aircraft within hours of Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. During his career in the Air Force, Technical Sergeant Fierman served in eight Asian nations and performed maintenance on several different air crafts. He moved to Hampton Roads in 2009 from Los Angeles and is currently living in Virginia beach with his wife and son.
