An EA-6B Prowler was heavily damaged in a runway mishap at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point earlier this month.

The damage to the EA-6B Prowler occurred when a night landing went awry, but details are still unclear about whether the plane overshot, skidded or veered off the runway, according to the Marine Corps Times.

The plane was attached to Cherry Point’s Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 2, and was conducting a night training flight April 2 when the accident happened following a landing around 9:50p.m.

None of the three Marines aboard were injured.
