Newport News, Va. – Police have arrested and charged a woman with malicious wounding after they say she stabbed a North Carolina man over the weekend.

The victim, a 21-year-old Raleigh, North Carolina man, told police he had been cut by a large kitchen knife used by a woman he had recently been living with.
