Kill Devil Hills, N.C. – Kill Devil Hills Police arrested three men for possession of heroin, possession of counterfeit currency and other drug-related offenses on Thursday.

39-year-old William Arrington, 31-year-old Adam Frick and 30-year-old Carson White were arrested with 36 caps of heroin and four counterfeit $100 bills.
