Today we honor Petty Officer Third Class Ian Crooks.
He's stationed in Goose Creek, South Carolina -- his first duty station.
He's an electronics nuclear technician. He enlisted in January of 2011 and was sworn in by his step-father -- a retired chief warrant officer in the US Army. Crooks and his wife welcomed their first child in November. We thank him for your service.
