Virginia Beach, Va. – A former Virginia Beach High School teacher pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to custodial indecent liberties with a student. But Guy Wolf won’t spend any time in jail for it.

While working as a drama teacher at Salem High School, court documents show the 53-year-old texted a 17-year-old student. He told her he developed feelings for her and confessed his attraction to her.

Between May and June of last year, Wolf admits the student came to his home on two occasions. According to court documents, they didn’t have sex, but there was kissing and touching.

Under a plea agreement with the Commonwealth, Wolf will spend the next five years on supervised probation. And state prosecutors say that’s at the request of the victim’s family.

The commonwealth told the court the victim doesn’t ever want to see Wolf again and doesn’t want to testify in court and relive what happened.

Wolf will have to undergo a psycho sexual evaluation and complete any sex offender therapy recommended by probation officers. He also must register as a sex offender.

Wolf had been a teacher at Salem High School since 2004. He resigned from his position this past September after school officials reported what was going on to police.
