Suffolk, Va. – Bryant Terrell Hart is under arrest. He’s accused of attempted rape and the abduction of an underage girl.
As police were arresting him on Sunday, they say he assaulted an officer at headquarters.
Hart is also charged with felony assault of a police officer. The officer was not hurt officials say.
