James City County Police are looking for a man who is accused of exposing himself to two 13-year-old girls over the weekend.
Police say it happened Saturday when the girls were playing in a yard in the 8900 block of Barnes Road around 3:00 p.m.
A car pulled up and a man got out and exposed his genitalia and began to masturbate, motioning for the girls to come towards him.
The suspect drove off after an adult came outside.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between the ages of 20-30 years old with a chubby build and curly hair.
The car is a gray vehicle.
