Priest who mysteriously showed up at Missouri crash site reveals identity
Center, MO - Emergency crews say the situation was looking bleak for a 19-year-old woman who was trapped in a smashed car after an accident in Missouri.
Then suddenly a priest appeared out of nowhere to pray with the woman as crews continued to work to free her.
Now his identity has been revealed thanks to a blog comment about the crash according to fox2now.com.
A release was given to TheBlaze.com from the Diocese of Jefferson City, MO stating that the Rev. Patrick Dowling was indeed the mystery priest.
Dowling prayed with the victim and anointed her with holy oil.
He continued to pray and just minutes later, another crew arrived on the scene with equipment to help rescue the woman.
