Update: The gas leak has now been secured and Barnes Rd. and the rail lines are back open.
Chesapeake, Va. – Parts of Barnes Rd. and a rail line are shut down in Chesapeake after a gas leak in the area.
This occurred in the 500 block and Virginia Natural Gas crews are now on the scene to secure the leak.
