A Florida supermarket worker was tired of people stealing, so he decided to do something about it by taking the law into his own hands.

A news crew was at the Family Foods Supermarket shooting a story about four different shoplifters caught on camera in two days.

A man allegedly stole meat, beer, sausage and even stuffed a whole carton of eggs in his pants.

Lenin Ubiera-Cruz was telling crews about that day when by chance, he spotted the same man right outside!

He took off running after him with a photographer right behind

He then took the man down to the ground as cameras were rolling. Later, store workers handcuffed the suspected shoplifter and took him to the ground, again!

This is not the first time Cruz has taken down a suspected thief.

Cameras were rolling when Cruz chased after another suspected thief who punched an employee then cut Cruz before he was arrested.

The day before, he put another suspected crook in a full nelson.

"No matter what happen, we want to catch them," says Cruz.
