Virginia Beach, Va. - After high winds closed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel on Thursday evening, drivers found themselves stranded on the bridge islands to wait for the storm to pass.
Kent Holcomb sent a video shortly after the storm of the windy, rainy conditions rocking his big rig as he was forced to ride out the storm inside truck sitting atop of one of the tunnel’s bridges above the bay.
