Virginia Beach, Va. - A girl reported to Virginia Beach Police that she was inappropriately touched at the bus stop on Thursday morning.
Police say the incident occurred at Bold Ruler and Kittimal Drive in the Ocean Lakes area.
The 13-year-old victim reported that she was alone at her bus stop when she was approached by the unknown suspect.
The suspect touched the girl and the girl screamed. The suspect then fled the area.
The victim described the a vehicle she had previously seen in the area as a blue SUV but it is unknown if that vehicle is related to the event.
The victim and a friend called the victim's parents and once they arrived at Corporate Landing Middle School, the proper authorities were notified.
The suspect is described as a white male, 19-20 years old, wearing a gray shirt and either light colored blue jeans or baggy jean shorts.
