Accomack Co., Va. - Eastern Shore arson suspect Tonya Bundick was denied bond once again Monday.

Bundick was in Accomack County Circuit Court appealing a decision by a General District Court judge in April denying her bond.

Virginia State Police have said repeatedly that they believe Bundick, along with her fiancée Charles Smith, are responsible for the majority of the 77 arsons set in Accomack County between November 2012 and April 2013.

Smith was also denied bond in Accomack County General District Court in April.

Court records show that Smith told investigators Bundick personally set 15 of the fires.

Currently, Bundick and Smith are only charged with arson and conspiracy to commit arson in relation to a fire set at an unoccupied home on Airport Drive in Melfa on April 1st.

The Accomack Circuit Court judge denied bond for Bundick after Commonwealth's Attorney Gary Agar said in court he plans to charge her with at least 70 more counts of arson.

The judge said releasing Bundick would likely pose a risk to the public.
